Collapsible movable partitions components
Tracks: Made of good quality anodized aluminium 6063-T5 materials, hanging the movable walls panels with wheels.
Wheels/Rollers: It is the carrier for the collapsible movable partitions, let the panels move more flexibly. Pulley bearing is more than 1600 KGS.
Connectors: Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks, “L”, “T”, “ï¼”types are available.
Rubber/vinyl seal: Made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR+PVC),durable and perfect for sound insulation, wear-resistant.
Rock Wool: Density of 50kg/m3, help us reduce the noise and heat.
Handle: Operate the retractable being up and down.
Retractable mechanism: Control the movement of the top and bottom seal to form a excellent sound insulation performance.
Magnetic Strip: Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in between aluminum profiles to enhance acoustic performance of the movable walls.
MDF board: 9 mm thickness, density of 760kg/m3, absorbent thickness expansion rate is less than 15%. Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.
