Movable Partitions – Series 65, 85 & 100

The operable wall series is the highest specification range of fully operable, individual-panel movable partitions system. Acoustic insulation of up to 50dB noise reduction is achieved with a combination of operable top and bottom seals, high performance multiple infill’s and a panel assembly design that allows an acoustic break between the frame and outer layer.

The vertical channels of each panel incorporate polymer inserts that facilitate an acoustic seal when the panels are set out as a wall. Panels are produced in three thickness, 65mm,85mm and 100mm depending on acoustic rating

Components of Sliding Partition Walls

Tracks: Made of good quality anodized aluminium 6063-T5 materials,hanging the movable partition walls with wheels.

Wheels/Rollers: It is the carrier for the movable partition walls ,let panels move more flexibly.Pulley bearing is more than 1600 KGS.

Connectors: Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks,“L”, “T”, “＋”types are available.

Rubber/vinyl seal: Made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR+PVC),durable and perfect for sound insulation,wear-resistant.

Rock Wool: Density of 60kg/m3,help us reduce the noise and heat.

Handle: Operate the retractable being up and down.

Retractable mechanism: Control the movement of the top and bottom seal to form a excellent sound insulation performance.

Magnetic Strip: Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in between aluminum profiles to enhance acoustic performance of the movable partition walls.

MDF board: 9 mm thickness,density of 760kg/m3,absorbent thickness expansion rate is less than 15%.Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.
