The movable sound insulation wall is a set of soundproof walls composed of every single partition. Each piece is equipped with two horizontal hanging wheels. It depends on the horizontal hanging wheel to make the hanging travel along the track.

It can make a 90 degree right angle turn and travel freely. Promote to other space collections, according to different space use needs, separated by multiple independent small space. The vertical contact points of each single piece partition are connected by concave and convex positions. The sealant strips are embedded and the upper and lower tops are equipped with a retractable soundproof seal mechanism.

Whilst widely used within hotel banqueting suites and conference centers with large muti-functional spaces they are also ideally suited for use within offices to give added flexibility to meeting, training and conference rooms.

The individual panels can be easily operated by handle because they are ceiling hung there is no potential obstruction from floor track to worry about giving maximum flexibility on how the space is used.

Installing track system:

1. As shown on the drawing, check the track that the track parts are assembled on the floor before installation.

2. Mark the track line and place the bracket in a specific position.

3. Mount the rail brackets to the ceiling.

4. Check if the mobile partition is rigidly fixed on the track. When the rails and brackets must be loosely stored in the storage area, so that the bracket plate can be moved to other places.

5. At the end, measure the proper location of the storage track before adjusting the main track facility. This is very important for the intersection placement.

Structure:

The operable wall structure is composed of aluminum profiles, sheets of treated particleboard or MDF and insulation. The combined structure forms a panel that has a total thickness of 85mm and depending on the insulation material ensures a soundproof resistance of 40-49 dB (decibels).

In the case that the folding wall is supported by the ground, an aluminum track is installed on the floor where the carriages move the wall and at the top there is a guiding track. The height is also adjustable by 15 mm.

At the end of the wall, a jamb profile is installed to close the last panel and which is also used as a door. This, together with the jamb is installed to start the wall and allows for the walls width to be adjusted 20 mm.
