Components of Wooden Partition Walls System
Tracks:Made of good quality anodized aluminium 6063-T5 materials,hanging the auditorium partition walls panels with wheels.
Wheels/Rollers:It is the carrier for the auditorium partition walls,let the panels move more flexibly.Pulley bearing is more than 1600 KGS.
Connectors:Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks,“L”, “T”, “ï¼”types are available.
Rubber/vinyl seal:Made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR+PVC),durable and perfect for sound insulation,wear-resistant.
Rock Wool:Density of 60kg/m3,help us reduce the noise and heat.

Retractable mechanism:Control the movement of the top and bottom seal to form a excellent sound insulation performance.
Magnetic Strip:Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in between aluminum profiles to enhance acoustic performance of the auditorium partition walls.
MDF board:9 mm thickness,density of 760kg/m3,absorbent thickness expansion rate is less than 15%.Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.
