Acoustic movable walls detail
Acoustic movable wall consists of 65-130 mm thick individually moving panels, suspended from an aluminum track only, each acoustic movable wall panel to have a top and bottom operable pressure seals and concave/convex interlocking profiles with additional PVC seals. Each acoustic movable wall panel is to be suspended on one four-wheel ball-bearing trolley or two multi-directional polymer trolleys. The vertical edges are protected by means of an overlapping aluminum trim.
Panel Construction: Provide top reinforcement as required to support panel from suspension components and provide reinforcement for hardware attachment. Fabricate acoustic movable wall panels with tight hairline joints and concealed fasteners. Fabricate panels so finished in-place
partition is rigid; level; plumb; aligned, with tight joints and uniform appearance; and free of bow, warp, twist, deformation and surface and finish irregularities.
Panels are constructed of a non-deflecting steel tube frame and aluminum profiles, bolted together.
The acoustic movable wall frame is cladded with a 9 or 12 mm mdf or plywood board.
The acoustic movable wall board is not fixed to the frame, allowed to vibrate independently of the frame.
The panel cavity is filled with high density mineral wool in accordance with the specified sound insulation requirements.
Telescopic (Last) Panel: The standard telescopic panel opens and closes up to 100 mm and is operated by a single mechanism for
both the top and bottom seals and the travel of the telescopic sleeve. The telescopic panel maintains the same quality criteria as the other panels.
Dimensions: Fabricate acoustic movable walls to form an assembled system of dimensions indicated and verified by field measurements.
Hardware: Manufacturer’s standard as required to operate acoustic movable wall and accessories; with decorative, protective finish.

Acoustic movable wall material is designed to address the most basic needs of schools, churches, hotel, coffee room, inspection hall, exhibition center, station, art hall, auction center, stadium, KTV partitions, art museum, testing center, convention center, airport, conference center, library, training facilities and office environments.
With the unique multi-layer panel system, our pattern 100 acoustic movable wall has excellent acoustic performance with a STC up to 50dB.
Double PVC seals are mounted around the acoustic movable wall to provide the highest level of acoustic integrity. More importantly, this fit can also achieve the desired acoustic integrity between two nearby rooms.
The acoustic structure includes multi-layer board at the top and bottom of the acoustic movable wall and the glass wool inside. The acoustic performance is up to 55 STC, and the fabric wrapped acoustic panel and perforated MDF panel can be used to reduce echo. The vinyl at all edges help to prolong life time and seal the noise.
These acoustic movable walls will be provided in an end-folded configuration to meet a variety of parking requirements and the first panel can be provided as a standard access door.
