In September,2019, we finished a folding sliding partitions walls project in Uganda. Totally 7 sets of wall, around 238 square meters.

This project is a little different, the client chose 5 different colors as it is for a school classroom. They wanted the environment more colorful. The surface is also melamine, the biggest features is that there are more than 60 colors to choose and very easy to clean. We also sent our engineer Mr.Zeng to supervise the installation.

Thanks for the trust from the client. In May,2019, the client also contacted us for the acoustic movable folding sliding partition walls orders. The same size, same surface and same colors, because they will use them in the same school, just the different floor.

Everything goes well and the client felt satisfied with our folding partition wall system and happy to cooperate with BUNGE Company.

Technical Specification

Panel Configuration – The acoustic room dividers panels are customized to meet specific requirements. Each acoustic room dividers thickness is 85 mm and max width is 1200mm. Each single acoustic room dividers panel is welded with a welded aluminum frame and 9mm MDF is mounted on both sides of the outer surface. The internal structure is made of steel mechanism, which combines excellent performance at the top and bottom of the telescopic sound seal. Internal space is filled with less than 64 kg/m3 glass wool.

Overhead track system – specific aluminum alloy rails to meet the necessary stacking requirements. The intersection design should prevent the track wheel from falling into the track groove. Heavy-duty multi-way roller enables easy movement of the sliding partitions for rooms through the ceiling track.

The panel of acoustic room dividers has a unique fast seal winding mechanism and a solid vertical seal edge profile to ensure that all panels fit perfectly.

Sound Seal System – Built-in excellent retractable top and bottom seals are anodized by extruded aluminum channels, rubber sealed, and operated by a handle with a cap lock system with spring-loaded telescopic rods. The vertical seal of each panel is made of thick and tongue-type extruded aluminum laminated with rubber seal.

Top and bottom seals do not collected to the ceiling track and floor during panel’s movement. When the sound seals are combined, the acoustic room dividers panel is placed in a stable position, and the top and bottom seals are compressed on the rails and floors by tight acoustic seals, including adjustable telescopic panels.
