Partition production and project preparation

Factory work covers drawing review, material preparation, aluminum track and frame processing, panel assembly, surface finishing, hardware matching, operating checks, packing and shipment preparation. Dimensions, stacking arrangements, finishes and accessories are confirmed against the applicable project documents before production.

Production Workflow

1. Review opening dimensions, panel configuration and stacking requirements.
2. Prepare track, aluminum frames, panel cores, seals and hardware.
3. Assemble panels and apply the confirmed decorative finish.
4. Match carriers, hinges, pass-door parts and operating hardware.
5. Inspect operation, dimensions, surfaces and ordered quantities.
6. Protect, label and pack components for project delivery.

Engineering & Development

The source factory profile documents work on top-hung track systems, carriers, stainless-steel operating components and corrosion-resistant aluminum track sections. Project-specific selections must follow the approved drawings and written specification.

OEM / Project Customization

Panel dimensions, track layouts, stacking arrangements and finishes can be reviewed for project requirements. Availability and manufacturing scope are confirmed after the technical information is assessed.
