About the top hanging track system
There is no track on the floor, the top hanging track system is hidden between the ceiling and the false ceiling, so that overall appearance won’t be ruined. The track system is made of aluminum, each track is 3m long, it can bearing 250kg-1080kg. There are four connectors(“X” connector, “T” connector, “L” connector and “U” connector) for the tracks, so that you can guide the movable partition to make a turn smoothly and easily.
About the hanging rollers
two types: one for single roller installations and one for double rollers.
About the sealing system and the sound insulation
the sound control of the movable/operable partition wall is up to 45db. it depends on the finish option and the thickness of the partition wall you choose.
Three features to enhance the sound insulation
1.top and bottom seals. when you want to fix it, or move it, use the handle and rotate 180°
2.the “M” and “W” frame seal devices are in the left and right side of aluminum frame. They can match each other to enhance to airproof performance.
3.The rubber seals. The first panel have the rubber seal on the right or left side.
Three types of panels
three types of panels to compose the whole partition wall system,each panel all have up and bottom retractable system.
1.the first type panel has the resilient rubber on left or right side to against the wall for enhance the sound insulation
2.the second type panel is the basic panel,it has “M” and “W” match seals in the aluminum frame, they can provide the soundproof function.
3.the last type closure panel is telescopic panel,It can scale left and right to 140mm.
