Q1: What is the price for movable wall?
A: Our movable wall system is customized and the cost is caculated by total square meter. Different types have different prices. So we need you provide to us detailed dimensions like height by width, finish options, parking options to get a quote. We also need your layout drawing if possible.

Q2: Is the movable partition wall acoustic (soundproof)?
A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic materials infill to reach different acoustic rating.

A: It is easy to install our partitions. Our partitions are top supported without any floor track. So top structure will be very important. We have detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your people just need to follow them step by step.
 

Q5: Can you send engineer to install? What will the cost be?
A: Sure. We have two options regarding the intallation. The first option is that we will send one engineer as supervisor. He will instruct your workers to do the job but won’t do the installation by himself. The second option is that there will be two installers (at least two) to install movable walls. They will install the system by themselves. At the same time, they also need the assistance from local labour.

Q6: Where is your office? Do you have officec in overseas?
A: So far we don’t have office in overseas, our office is located in Guangzhou.

A : 40% deposit in advance, balance before delivery

Q9: What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?

A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10- 15 days.

Q10: What finish options you have for partition?
A: We have several options. We can supply you bare MDF, bare plywood for your own decoration, We can also supply melamine laminate, high pressure laminate, fabric, PU and so on. It depends on your requirement.
