Specifications for folding partition walls
1)Interlocking male / female trapezoidal vertical aluminium profiles, for soundproof connection between elements.
2)To ensure additional friction connection, shall be integrated with magnetic strip.
3)Sound proof partition walls are easy element adjustment after installation.
4)Track system shall be Extruded aluminium, maintenance free with heavy-duty ball bearing steel rollers.
5) Around the board ,there is sound insulation rubber, it can help to insulate the sound entering;
6) The operation ways is much easier, it’s better than the old ways which was use spring before;
7) We can add single or double doors on the board for convenience;

Operation about the folding partition walls
The continuously hinged panels are pulled from their parked position to ‘close’ (or extend) the wall and pushed back to the parked position to ‘open’ (or fold)the wall. Final flat alignment of wall panels is assisted pneumatically by a gas piston located in the top track. A lever or recess handle is fitted to the lead panel and this combined with a vertical rebated profile provides the system with its pass door. The door is available with or without a lock cylinder.
Retractable pressure seals on top and bottom are extended and retracted by a single 180°turn removable operating handle.
Once the panel is positioned, they are sealed in place with retractable pressure seals.
Final closure of the wall is achieved by extending a telescopic sleeve on the last panel. The sweep strip simultaneously extends the top and bottom. The rubber sealing strip on the side edge of telescopic panelcan seal the wall tightly to reach acoustic integrity.
