Sound insulation:
 

The sound insulation coefficient of partitions comes from many directions, not only in the partition wall itself, but also in other links, as follows:

1. Horizontal sound insulation

In order to achieve the best sound insulation, two layers of sound-absorbing rubber structure are used. Using the jack principle, the double rubber strip is pressed against the ceiling track and floor to provide a high stability of the active partition.

2. Corner sound insulation

The use of specially shaped rubber-like corner elements solves the technical problems of handling corner seals; at the same time, superior stability and sound insulation are achieved.

3. Vertical sound insulation

All the soundproof walls are made of highly elastic vertical contact side, concave and convex groove close fitting principle, to ensure the best closure and sound insulation.

4. Skeleton

In view of the hanging structure of the wall plate, it can be freely shaken, and the metal hoop elements between the wall plates are closely combined, effectively blocking the sound transmission. Panels can be replaced as needed for interior design without damaging the entire panel.

5. Sound insulation material

6. Operating crank

First, how to open a muti-directional screen. All operations should be gentle and should pay attention to safety. Facing the screen station, use both hands to grab the screen and pull the screen in the direction of the rails; turn the screen in the direction of the rails. After pushing the screen to its place, fix the screen. Tip: When pushing the screen to the intersection, you should pay attention to the direction of the rail, and then gently push the screen along the rail to the position where it should be placed.

Second, how to fix a muti-directional screen. With one hand holding the screen, the other hand puts the handle into the hexagonal steel at 1100mm on the side of the screen, grasps the handle and rotates it 180 degrees in the clockwise direction, and the telescopic seal inside the screen pops up to fix the screen. Insert the handle into the groove on the side of the screen, and pull the handle upwards to open the expansion screen inside the screen to fix the screen. After the entire group of screens are placed, check whether the screen is straight, whether it is on the same plane as the rails, and if it is not straight, retract the upper and lower expansion seals until the screen is flat.
